Welcome to
Pathways Occupational Health LTD.

We understand that a healthy, engaged workforce is the backbone of a thriving business, and our mission is to support your employees in achieving their best health while meeting industry safety standards and compliance.

Founder and Leadership

Founded in 2011, Pathways Occupational Health was established by an industry leader with nearly 50 years of hands-on experience in occupational health, including extensive work in high-demand environments like British Steel.

Our founder’s vision is to help companies protect their greatest asset, their people. This drives our commitment to every client. This vision is brought to life by our dedicated team, which includes HSE-approved physicians, nurses, and technicians with specialised skills across a range of occupational health services.

Medical Certifications & Partnerships

We provide a variety of regulatory medicals, including Asbestos, Ionizing Radiation, Lead, HGV, Forklift, and COSHH, as well as assessments for working at height and confined spaces. All medicals are reviewed and signed by our Occupational Health Physicians. We also offer bespoke medicals designed to address the unique needs of your workforce.

Our services extend through partnerships with highly qualified specialists, including a UKCP-registered Senior Psychotherapist, Chartered Physiotherapist, Cardiologist, and Radiologist. These experts enable us to offer comprehensive care and support for both physical and mental health, helping employees manage their well-being on multiple levels.
